About Us

Established in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1972, B&H Pattern Inc. is a producer of patterns and molds for the foundry industry. From day one, our goal has been simple: To honor the promise to our clients that we will meet their required lead times and exceed their expectations for service and quality.

For close to fifty years, by continually upgrading all areas of our tooling process and adding new elements whenever possible, we have maintained our technological advantage and grown to become much more than a pattern shop.

Today, we have close to 80 employees in our state-of-the art facilities and provide an ever-growing range of services and capabilities to the foundries we serve. From small prototypes to complex designs, hydraulic or pneumatic slides and multi-cored tools, B&H has become not just a pattern shop, but also an influential partner in the industry.

MISSION STATEMENT

B&H Pattern, Inc. is a producer for wood, metal and plastic patterns for the foundry industry.
Our main objective is to provide customer satisfaction by meeting their required lead-times with the highest quality patterns for the best value.
We strive to meet that objective by continually upgrading all elements of our fabrication process to maintain our technological edge and diversity. We are dedicated to having our employees educated to the levels necessary for these technologically advanced processes. We have an extensive in-house training program for employees who are new to these concepts, and we encourage all employees to pursue education wherever it is available to them through an education reimbursement program.
Our dedication to a quality product is bolstered by our commitment to a quality workplace and to the personal well-being and growth of our employees, which demands a company-wide pledge to safety. To this end, it is our corporate belief that every employee must receive the knowledge and training necessary for their active participation in maintaining a clean and hazard free workplace.
